When cold weather caused a pipe to burst in the ceiling above the men’s bar, we were asked to deliver construction documents within 90 days to ensure the project could be completed in time for peak golf season.
Despite the compressed schedule we were still able to successfully coordinate permit and bid documents with a Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Engineer and Interior Design firm. The project rapidly moved from pre-design through design-development with a handful of weekend conference calls to hash out the details.
